The cost of class is $55.
You should have received a Corrective Action by mail or pick up a Proof of Assignment from MVD.
You should visit MVD and request a Proof of Assignment form.
You should visit MVD or any Express store office and ask for a Traffic Survivial Proof of Assignment Form.
Yes, classes throughout the week are available during certain time of the year. They will be posted on site when available.
Instructors allow 2 breaks and a lunch period. However, it is the discretion of the instructor when to allow stated breaks.
You MUST bring your Corrective Action or Proof of Assignment Forms if you don't have 1 of these forms you need to contact MVD at 602-255-0072. (a minimal charge may apply). A motor vehicle record is not accepted in replacement of Proof of Assignment.

What time should I arrive for class?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time.
Why do I need to take the class?
Failure to take the class course could result into your license being suspended until you pay your fines.
Are evening classes available?
Yes, evening classes are offered. The classes are offered in two half day classes.
How long are the classes?
All classes are 8 instructional hours.
Is this class certified by Motor Vehicle?
Yes, this is a certified School and all classes are certified by MVD.
